Year 8 camp to Queenscliff. The Year 8 students will be staying at the self-contained YMCA Camp Wyuna at Queenscliff, Whitehall campus. The camp will take place across 3 days and 2 nights from Monday, November 15th to Wednesday, November 17th.
The cost of the camp has been subsidised by the school to reduce expenses to families and encourage participation. This includes accommodation, food provided by the camp, activities, the provision of equipment and the cost of bus travel to and from Queenscliff.
Consent forms, payment information, medical forms, an itinerary, and equipment lists are provided in this pack. Please complete and return all forms, including payment, by Thursday 11th November to school reception. Payment and camp approval is available via Compass pay. We understand that this is a very limited timeframe to submit forms and payment and we apologise for the short notice; we have only recently been approved to run camps again.
A camp information session will be run via WebEx on Tuesday 09th November at 6.00pm. Details and a web-link to the session will be emailed separately.
